The job seeker is not a hiring manager
Everything we ship is judged by whether a person in the middle of a stressful job search can act on it in four seconds. That constraint kills more ideas here than anything else, and it is the right one.

Own the path a resume and job post take through Beacon: parsing, matching, tailoring and the honesty checks that keep every output grounded in what the candidate actually did.

Design the match-and-tailor screen. It is one screen, a job post and a resume on one side and the fit score and tailored output on the other, and it is the whole company.

How we work
Everything we ship is judged by whether a person in the middle of a stressful job search can act on it in four seconds. That constraint kills more ideas here than anything else, and it is the right one.
Beacon tailors using only the experience in your resume. We do not invent qualifications, and we tell you where you fall short rather than papering over it. That is not a feature, it is the product.
Every prompt change is run against job posts and resumes with known good outputs before it ships. A tailored line that cannot be traced back to the original resume never reaches the screen. Confidence without verification is the failure mode of this whole category.
9 people. You own an area, not a ticket queue, and you will talk to people using the product in your first week. Equity is real and we explain the numbers rather than waving at them.
